The life of Tyree William Bibbs affectionately known as Ty began January 6, 1966 in Denver, Colorado. He was the fourth child born to Eddie and Ruth Bibbs. Ty being the youngest of the Bibbs kids therefore was given a lot of love and attention.

Ty received his formal education in the Denver Public School system. He attended Montbello High School (Go Warriors). While attending Montbello High he was a member of the cheer squad. Ty truly enjoyed being part of that squad. This led to an occasional job with the Denver Gold cheerleading squad.

After graduating from high school, Ty worked at Mercy Hospital as an assistant cook. He worked alongside his mother Ruth and nephew Conrad. Ty decided to pursue his love for drawing at the Art Institute in Phoenix, AZ. Upon returning from Arizona, Ty needed a change and moved to New York City to seek employment . While in New York he worked as a retail manager. This was a perfect job for Ty due to his sense of style and love of fashion.

In 1998 Ty relocated to Atlanta, Georgia and accepted a position with Grady Memorial Hospital as a Unit Administrator. Ty enjoyed working at Grady and developed many long term relationships with the employee staff. He worked at Grady for 20 years. In Ty's spare time, he enjoyed social activities with friends, travel, shopping, exploring different foods and drawing.

In the past year Ty's health began to fail. Through it all, Ty remained strong. On February 3, 2025 the lord called his son home. Ty is preceded in death by his Father Eddie Bibbs Sr., Mother Ruth Bibbs, Brother Eddie Bibbs Jr and sister Denise Bibbs-Revere. He is survived by his Sister Cynthia Sims, bonus brother and sister Harry E Hamilton III and Nicole (LeRoy) Heyliger. Nephews Conrad Gardner Terence Bibbs and Jordan Daniel. Nieces Dawn (Vanessa) Seamster-Bibbs, Kaleea Williams, Whitney Butler and Monique Heyliger. Great nephews, Kasai Williams, Terence Bibbs Jr, Jordan JJ Daniel II, Tyson Daniel, Lemaj Nubine and Lzaireon Young. Great niece Aniyla Bibbs, Logan Butler-Jackson and Amber Daniel.. A host of cousins and devoted friends.
