Obituary

Ryan Edrick Brown was born on March 2, 2004; to Nicole Tawon Cooper and Eddie Kendrick Brown; in Jackson Mississippi.

Ryan is Nicole's 4th and last child. Nicole and her children moved to Colorado when Ryan was just a baby. When Ryan was a small child, you would always see him carrying his Bible to church(my sister would call him the little preacher man). Ryan loved playing basketball and he was an excellent basketball players . Ryan played basketball, up until he had to have a couple of major surgeries. Ryan also loved to play video games all day and night. He was extremely talented with computers. Ryan was an introvert young man; but was excellent with words. He was very polite, helpful and protective of his mother, his sister, and the other females in his family. Ryan was strong minded & he definitely spoke what was on his mind.

Ryan had a smile that would brighten any room he walked into. And the sound of his laughter was/and will forever be absolutely unforgettable. You didn't even have to know what was funny, but you would just begin to laugh, because of the sound of Ryan's laugh!

Ryan and his siblings loved taking care of their mom in every way. Ryan loved his siblings; sister Mikel, brothers Micah & Robert Jr, his ex-girlfriend Shawtae, and one of his favorite cousins BigTim.

In Ryan's younger years; you could definitely find him on the bus with his Uncle Tony riding all over Colorado. Ryan was close with his bonus-dad Jerome.

Ryan always looked forward to spending time with his older male cousins. And he would reach out to them for guidance and advice.

Ryan was so happy to be an Uncle to his three little nieces Khylar, Kyndall, and Kree.

Unfortunately, on June 30, 2023, Ryan's life tragically ended. Our family will never be the same without him.
Although, nineteen years of life may not seen long enough to us; Ryan was still able to leave a legacy of memories for many years to remember him with love and precious memories. Yes, this will be extremely difficult for our family especially for Ryan's Mother and even his siblings. But we will lean on each other and most of all, we will lean on JESUS to get through this difficult time.

Ryan, was blessed with a loving family; that will forever miss him. And who will never understand why he had to go so soon. He is survived by his Mother: Nicole T. Cooper, His Sister: Mikel(Antwon), Brothers: Micah, and Robert Jr. Three Nieces: Khylar, Kyndall, Kree; Grandmother: Margie Tate, a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Friends.
