Nichole "Nikki" Dionne Ray, also known as Nichole Dionne McClennon and Nichole Dionne Davis, passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 51. Born on January 12, 1973, to Vera Lee Ray and Thorton C. Smith II, Nikki was lovingly raised by her mother Vera and father Allen Ray, alongside her brothers Thorton Conrad III and Troy Ray.

A woman of faith and belief in the Lord, Nikki was a member of Monte Carmel Missionary Baptist church where she was baptized and a treasured member of the choir.

Nikki was a devoted and loving mother who raised her five children with unwavering strength and dedication: Epiphinae Millicent Efai McClennon, Imari Cohlefe Deshaun Smith, Aalon Deaja Ansaya Smith, Dquan Dion Lee McClennon, and Marc Anthony Davis. She was also a cherished grandmother to her two granddaughters, Amari Marie Smith and Jazlyn Meadow Millicent Smith. Her presence was a constant source of love and comfort to her family.

A registered nurse with Kaiser Permanente for 20 years, Nikki was not only a healthcare professional but also an entrepreneur and educator. She established a mobile nursing business and founded her own nursing school, Abundant Life, where she inspired countless students with her knowledge and passion.

Nikki was a beacon of warmth and joy, her radiant smile lighting up every room she entered. Known for her vibrant personality, she was the life of any gathering, bringing energy and laughter wherever she went. She loved to dance, sing, and express her creativity through fashion, always carrying herself with a grace that was admired by all who knew her.

Nikki had a unique ability to accomplish anything she set her mind to, her hobbies including crocheting, hair styling, and caring for her granddaughters.

She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, especially her family and friends who adored her beyond measure. Her memory will be cherished, and her spirit will continue to inspire.

She's leaves behind her parents Allen and Vera Ray, her brothers Conrad Smith and Troy (Myesha) Ray. Her 5 children Epiphinae Mcclennon , Imari (Jasmine) Smith, Aalon Smith, Dquan Mcclennon, Marc Davis, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to carry her legacy of love, resilience, and compassion.
