LeDone Ray Garrett was born on March 26th, 1968. The eldest of five, Ledone was the son to Ida Mahan and Ronald Dale Smith. As a child, Ledone was a natural born athlete and a free thinker. Throughout his childhood, LeDone played Bitty Basketball and spent his Sundays at Tabernacle Baptist church. His parents moved to Colorado in 1986.
