Larry Engle

Larry Ray Engle passed away on September 20, 2026, in Aurora, Colorado, at the age of 63. He was born on March 27, 1963, in Denver, Colorado, to Fred Engle and Donna (DeLong) Engle. Larry went to elementary school in Arvada, Colorado, Fort Lupton, Colorado, and other schools in eastern Colorado. He finished his schooling in Goodland, Kansas. He then attended Vo-Tech in Goodland, Kansas. After Vo-Tech, Larry moved around and ventured up to Oregon and Washington States, where he was employed for some years. Later on, he returned to Denver and pursued work in Colorado. Larry opened a bar in Denver and had it for several years and eventually sold it. After selling the bar, he worked various jobs until his health deteriorated and he was forced to retire. Eventually, his failing health overcame him, and he passed away. Larry never married but always stayed in touch with family. His nieces and nephews had a special place in his heart. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Donna Engle, his twin sister, Lori Renee (Engle) Howard, brother-in-law Dave Howard, and sister-in-law Cindy Engle. He is survived by three brothers, Edward (Nancy), Fred Jr.(Kathy), and Ted Engle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
