Keri Lynn Walter, 52, of Superior, Colorado, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025, surrounded by love.
Keri was born on March 10, 1973, in Denver, Colorado, and graduated from C.M. Russell High School in Great Falls, Montana, as a member of the Class of 1991. She continued her education at Montana State University and later pursued her passion for beauty and wellness, studying aesthetics at the Ogle School and at Texas Laser & Aesthetics Medspa.
Keri built a career rooted in creativity, care, and connection. She worked as a nail technician at Élan Salon and later became the owner and operator of The Studio Salon, where her warmth and talent made clients feel both confident and cared for.
Throughout a lifetime marked by significant medical challenges, Keri remained remarkably positive, meeting every circumstance with strength, grace, and a smile that never faded. Her resilience, kindness, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Dailey Voeller of Denton, Texas; her mother, Linda Walter of Superior, Colorado; her sister and brother-in-law, Elye and Has Nwamadi of Aubrey, Texas; and her brother, Kyle Walter of Plano, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Walter. Keri is also survived by four beloved nieces and nephews; multiple cousins; her aunt, Audrey Schickler of Canada; her uncle, James Walter of Washington; her best friend, Stacey Prahl; her boyfriend, Tim Yrisarri; and her devoted service dog, Chica.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2026, at 4324 Sandbrock Parkway, Aubrey, Texas 76227, for all who loved her.
