Geneva "Gi" Sadie Carter was born to late Diana Carter and Daryl Sullivan in Denver, Colorado on October 3, 1973. She loved parties, music and dancing. She stayed in the mirror and enjoyed styling her hair and makeup. Gi looked at things on the brighter side with a big smile. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart. She was educated in the Denver School System. Her goals were to mentor young mothers.

Geneva embraced the arms of her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 to join her parents, Diana Carter and Daryl Sullivan.

She is survived her seven children; Lucretia Carter, David Jones, Jasmine Jones, Donnell Carter, Jessica Thomas, Tony Birch and Terria Birch; daughter in-law Crystal Jones; her eleven grandchildren; her sisters, Andrea Carter, Shante Sullivan, and Lynnetta Whitley and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family and friends.
