Nicole West-Maxwell was born on May 12, 1970, in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Nicole (aka) Nikki lovingly known to many as Te-Te, spent her life devoted to her faith, her family, and her work as a compassionate and loving school teacher and will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Nicole graduated from Beaver Falls High School in 1988, she attended many colleges and received multiple certificates before receiving her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, University of Northern Colorado Lowry Denver.

Nicole worked in the public school system for the last 23 years in various roles with her last role being a One on One Para for Special needs/inclusion students. Nicole was very passionate about children and was a very strong child advocate.

Nicole dedicated much of her life to serving the Lord and was deeply involved in her church. She held various roles, including media department, treasurer, Evangelist, and Sunday School teacher. Her passion for her faith was evident in her commitment to True Praise and Worship. She also held words of encouragement through the churches YouTube page every Friday at 5 pm. Nicole's love for her Christian faith can be best described by the verse in Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

A devoted mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, Nicole's family was the center of her world. She is survived by; her parents, William Charles and Yvette West; her siblings, Lisa Henderson, Arthur (Deana) Henderson, Tiffany West (Djuan James), Shawnda Wilson (Louis Washington), and Chad Wilson; her grandmother, Dorothy Wilson; her daughters, Neonna, Maria, and Ruby Maxwell and many others who held a special place in her heart, including, her 2 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and students. In her free time, Nicole enjoyed making body lotions, soaps, and body oils, and sharing her creations with her loved ones.
