Diego "Bubba" Severo Ulibarri received his wings on January 1, 2024 surrounded by his loving
family. He was born in Denver, on October 2, 1999, to Dion Joseph Ulibarri and Inez Katlina
Marquez. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Sylvia Mousie Olguin and Raphael
Garfield Guerrero; uncle Dustin Arron Ulibarri; and friend Dave Knoll. He is survived by his
Parents Katlina Marquez and Dion Ulibarri; siblings Brittany (Mario) Fragoso, Dion (Dallas)
Ulibarri, Cierra (Julian) Menchaca, Sylvia Grace (Parker) Ulibarri, Amaelia (Jose) Martinez,
Danny Ray Valasquez; many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.Bubba loved taking care of his
family, playing video games and spending time with his nieces and nephews. His family
described him as a gentle giant and protector to everyone around him. He loved everyone and
everyone loved him. He had the most contagious laugh and unforgettable smile. He will be
missed by all who knew and loved him. Everyone is encouraged to wear his favorite color red
the day of his service.
