First Lady Denise N. Harris

Denis Harris, a devoted wife, mother, sister, auntie and friend, passed away on June 16, 2026. Born in Denver, Colorado, Denise was a graduate of Stanley Lake High School and earned her bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene.

In 2009, she married the love of her life, Phillip Harris. Together, they built an empire, successfully owning and operating their own daycare for the past ten years.

Denise was a gentle, loving spirit who loved to travel and faithfully attended the Winter Park Jazz Festival for over twenty years. Above all, her faith and her family were her top priorities.

Denise was preceded in death by, her mother Cynthia Esquibel and her brother Nathan Esquibel. She is survived and deeply missed by her husband, Phillip; her father Darrell Mosley; and three cherished children, Bryson, Phillip, and Laila; and a loving host of siblings, nieces, and nephews.
