Daniel Kevin Williams was born October 5, 1965 to Larry and Audine Williams. Though born prematurely, Daniel grew to become a very strong young man. The middle son of 3 boys, Darryl Williams and the late Douglas Williams, Daniel would try to play the BIG BROTHER roll no matter what age.
Daniel attended Montclair Elementary, Hamilton Jr. High, and George Washington High School, in the DPS educational system. When Daniel was 16 years old little did he know he lived across the street from his future wife Yolanda Faye Smith!
From 1987-1991 Daniel was enlisted in the Navy. He returned to Denver where he and Yolanda raised 3 beautiful children, Candace, Cedric, and Chante. On June 1, 2002 they tied the knot. Daniel worked for and retired from RTD after 24 years of service.
Daniel had many hobbies that included video games, working on cars, riding motorcycles and going to the gun range. His favorite however by far was hanging out with his family.
Daniel affectionately known as Scooby, will be greatly missed. Anyone who knew him recognized him as a protective, loving person and that he would help out any way possible if he could.
On April 3, 2024 Daniel met up with his younger brother Douglas Williams in Heaven, however he leaves behind to cherish his memories, his beloved wife and best friend of 22+ years Yolanda Faye, children Candace, Cedric and Chante. His mother Audine Williams and brother Darryl Williams. His grandkids DeSean, Brenda and Me'kii. Daniel also leaves an innumerable host of family, friends and co-workers.
