Daniel Singer here, reaching out from a place beyond earthly confines. I was born in Colorado Springs, CO, on the 10th of June, 1973, and I found my way back to the cosmos on the 15th of September, 2026. I am grateful for the journey that I was allowed to share with all of you.
I lived my life as an empathetic soul, always finding the love for others. I was passionate about building guitars, something that brought me immense satisfaction and joy. I also had an unwavering love for Star Wars. From the moment I saw the first movie in 1977, I was hooked. It was more than a fascination; Star Wars became a part of my identity. My cat Dobby was my companion, my friend, and the one who filled my days with love, warmth, and purrs. Her soft spot in my heart will forever be cherished.
I was privileged to co-found a sober living group once upon a time, a compassionate and inspiring experience that I held close to my heart. My belief in kindness defined my life - "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" was my guiding light. This principle shaped my actions and interactions, as I believed in creating ripples of positivity and love in every corner of the world.
I was blessed with a loving family – my mother, Constance Singer, my brother, Timothy Singer, and my children, Aven Nusbaum, Jessica Locroix Singer, Andrew Locroix, and Damien L. Singer. They stood by my side, enriching my life with their love and support. I also had the honor of having a friend who was more like a brother to me, Mat Bolten. I am preceded in death by my father, Michael Jones, and my great-grandmother, Grannie Smith, and my grandmother, Violet Lamb. My memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew me, loved me, and were touched by my presence.
I encourage you all to share your favorite memories, photos, and stories of our time together on my memorial page. Each memory shared is a testament to the life I lived and loved, and the people who made it meaningful. Let's celebrate the life we shared, the laughter, the music, and the love. I'll be watching over you all, guitar in hand, a Star Wars movie playing in the background, and Dobby purring by my side.
