Today we gather to honor and celebrate the beautiful life of Daiyah Carter. Though her time with us was only 21 years, her love, light, and spirit will remain with us forever.

Daiyah was born in Denver, CO, and from the very start, she brought joy and warmth into the lives of everyone around her. She grew up surrounded by love, laughter, and strong family bonds that shaped who she became.

Daiyah is lovingly remembered by her parents LaTwon Pulling and Dyshod Carter, siblings Jace Boone, Deveon & Deshon Carter, grandparents Sandyria (Billy), Richard Spates & Tressie Mae Page aunts Chawanda, Tasha, Tamika, Nia, Jacquelyn, Billie Jean, & Myiesha, uncles Ray, Anthony, Raymond, Damaine (Natasha), Devaun Sr., Richard, and Willis, cousins members of "Zone 6" Oshanee', Damajahnee, R' Marie, & Khyaire, nieces Maya & Zailee, and nephews Major & Zyheir.
Daiyah was preceded in death by her grandparents Shirley Pulling and Larry Walls, Annie Mae Carroll, George Pittman, Willie & Elatrice Walls.
In addition to extended family, and many friends who will forever carry her in their hearts.
