We are sad to announce the passing of my wife Dahlia Lister Ortega of Las Vegas Nevada and from Denver Colorado. Dahlia died at the age of 52 on August 1, 2023. Dahlia was such a light to all she spoke to. That infectious laugh, I can here it right now . Dahlia loved being a mother and home maker. In her younger days she enjoyed bartending, that's how we met. Dahlia loved going fishing,bike riding and spending as much time with our boys. Our four boys are what kept her going. Dahlia was so excited to bring in her first grandson but she was called home before he arrived. Her way to unwind was to hit those buttons on the slot machines. Her energy attracted all people she came in contact with, they would always hit it off and become friends. She always left a piece of herself everywhere she went. Dahlia is survived by a husband Simon and four boys Ian , Isiah, Isas, Isador Her father Louis II Her mother Linda Sue and her siblings Joe, Beverly, Frances, Olivia, and Louis III . Dahlia was a Godmother to Victoria. Dahlia will be missed by all . Love you my partner in crime!
