Christy Lynn Robinson, also known as Christy Lynn Barnes, or as she was affectionately nicknamed, Chrickylynn, checked out of this earthly motel on September 16, 2026. Born on October 30, 1957 in St. Paul, MN, she spent her life being unapologetically smart, resilient, funny, and witty. She plied her craft in Aurora, Colorado, having migrated from St. Paul, Minnesota. A firm believer in being who you are unapologetically.

Chrickylynn was a woman of many talents, but her favorite job title was 'Mother Extraordinaire.' The only thing she loved more than a good joke was her children and grandchildren, whom she prioritized above everything else. She was a walking lie detector could always see the nonsense coming. Her children, Robert Robinson, Cullen Barnes, Cazzie Loggins, and Stephen Carter Jr, all inherited her intelligence, resilience, and, most importantly, her sense of humor. And her grandchildren Latajanae Robinson, Lanecya Loggins, Auyreon Robinson, Maurice Robinson, Maiya Fairhurst, Brandon Goshorn, Vinny Johnson, Justyce Robinson

Christy was widowed, but far from alone, she was surrounded by her loving family. She was an aunt to the family of her sister, Carolyn Winterbottom, and brother, Thomas Campbell. Christy was preceded in death by her brother’s Daryl “Pap” Campbell, Charles “Manny” Barnes, husband Walter “Wally” Robinson and mother, Laurene Campbell, who taught her the importance of strength and laughter. In her words, “ What the __ you want ?”
