Bobbie Delores Scaggs born December 3, 1945, gained her wings on February 10, 2024, at the age of 78. Bobbie was born to Louise Lewis and Teonia Jones in Houston Texas. She was raised by her mom Louise Lewis and Stepfather W.C. Lewis (deceased) in San Angelo Texas.

Bobbie was married to Lieutenant Scaggs (deceased) and began their new lives in Denver Colorado. To this union was born Cedric Antonia Scaggs, Lucette Yvette Boston, Carisa Louise Scaggs (deceased), Patrick Lee Mornes, stepson Jonathan Lieutenant Scaggs.

Bobbie loved spending time with her nine grandchildren and great- grandchildren. She is survived by four sisters, Joanna Thomas, Linda Millegan, Teresa Hollingsworth, and Betsie Sampson. One brother Bobby James Duke (deceased).

Bobbie had faith in God. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her children, family, and friends. She was employed at Blackshear (Day Head Start- Day Care) at the time of her death. She also worked at Ampco Transportation for 20 years in Denver Colorado.
