This very loving and giving man was born May 12, 1956, in Dallas, Texas. His parents Allen Willie Hawthorne and Margaret Rose (Lee) Hawthorne proceeding him in death.
Allen grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas (a Suburb of Dallas ) and was educated in the Grand Prairie Independent school system. He was very athletic, and enjoyed playing Basketball with his brothers and friends.
Allen loved people and cherished time with Family and Friends. He moved from Texas to Denver, CO in 1992 and there he met the love of his life, Sarah , and they married in 2005.
He loved his wife, their children and loved being a part of the Denver community. Even while enjoying and establishing his life in Denver, Allen continued to keep in close contact with the Grand Prairie, Texas community he grew up in, and continued to assist in many ways, primarily by always being an empathic listener, providing moral support and continuous encouragement to all in need.
He was extremely proud to be the Father to his son, Anthony Allen Hawthorne. And, his six Grandchildren.
He departed this earth on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
He leaves priceless moments and precious memories that will be cherished by his wife, Sarah; his son, Anthony Allen, of Texas, step-daughter Kenya Gray of Denver, step-son Cory Brown of Denver, step -daughter Alisha Williams of Houston Texas, step-daughter Kandace Harlan of Dallas Texas, 10 grandchildren: Isaiah, Alexia, Anthony, Alijah, Addicyn, Aiden, Quedimas, Taymar, Janiya, and Dakoya, 6 sisters Barbara Jo, Margaret, Sheira, Tywanna, Donna and Tongia, 1 brother, Gary and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
